DIY Paracord Duck Strap | Cabela's Northern Flight


Luke Koch teaches us how to make do-it-yourself paracord duck straps. You will need a lighter, paracord, scissors or knife, permanent maker, six key rings and a tape measure. You will also need to know how to make two knots, the cobra braid and a barrel knot to make a duck strap. Measure 36″ of paracord and cut three straps. Tie on your key rings using Luke’s instruction. Cut 10 feet of paracord to make the cobra braid. Place tape at one end of the straps to hold in place as you make the cobra braid. Burn loose ends to keep them in place.
