Flashing Lights is a new Early Access Firefighter, Police and EMS Sim. Today I am checking out the EMS Medic mode, the last of the 3 sim modes. And… just like the time I tried the Police mode, I am disappointed with the Medic mode so far. I want to like this game, I really do, but as I said before… it needs a lot of work! So far the medic mode has only one kind of call, and that is to rescue someone trapped inside the vehicle. And while it’s cool to use things like the stretcher, aside from mindlessly inspecting the car crash victim, then transporting him to the hospital, there isn’t anything else left to do. Which is, disappointing to say the least.
Flashing Lights is a single player and multiplayer emergency services simulator focusing on police, firefighters and emergency medical services. Enrolling with one of these departments, players will take on unique missions and rewards in an open world. Players will engage in desperate car chases, diagnose life-threatening injuries, and put out lethal fires. Each department has its own vehicles, equipment and abilities for players to take control of.
